The Y-W Electric Association, Inc. Akron office will close to all public access effective 8:00 a.m. Monday, March 23rd for an unidentified period of time.

Members will be able to pay bills through the many options available. We will be using the drop box for any cash or check payments, as well as IVR and online payments for credit cards. Employees will still be available to take calls and assist consumers with the payment systems.
Y-W is committed to the health and well-being of our employees and our membership. The best way we can accomplish this is to assure that the skilled workforce here at Y-W is ready and available to keep the power flowing regardless of the uncertain times we all are presently experiencing.
Y-W seeks to be supportive of Local, State and Federal agencies and their efforts and directives to stem the impacts of the coronavirus on the physical and economic health of the nation and ultimately on the world.
